The staff was affable. the rooms were cosy and warm. - Having a hair dryer, guest toiletries, and fresh towels was a bonus. - the hotel was just off the mountain and near the Tourist Information Centre.

This venue is conveniently close to the Tourist Information Centre, the forest, and restaurants, and the rooms are beautifully furnished, clean.

Enjoyed spending my time in this fairly clean brand-new hotel. The room was nicely furnished and generous-sized, besides it had a microwave oven, fridges, and glassware, just in case. The bed was good and the staff were very friendly and competent. The location was particularly good, within walking distance of Studenets. I would recomand the place.

Loved the indoor pool and hot tub, perfect for relaxing after a day on the slopes. The onsite restaurant and 24-hour front desk were convenient. Enjoyed playing table tennis and exploring nearby Devil's Throat Cave. Free WiFi and private parking were a bonus. The apartment had a lovely balcony and spacious dining area.

Who needs good signage in lifts? Getting lost looking for reception was all part of the adventure.

Lovely honest helpful hotel staff, incredibly spacious room with floor to ceiling windows and breathtaking sunrise view of the mountains. Spa is new, sauna and steam are brand new, huge and very efficient. Ski shuttle service is tailor-made to your ski needs and included in the price.

I recently stayed at Complex Nero for a ski trip and I was pleasantly surprised. The location was convenient, close to the lifts. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with fully equipped kitchens and plenty of hot water. The staff was polite and helpful. The spa was new and the sauna and steam facilities were impressive. The hotel provided a ski shuttle service, making it easy to get to the slopes. Complex Nero exceeded my expectations and I would recommend it for a ski trip in Bulgaria.

We hit the slopes and shredded the gnarly pow at the ski lift Studenetz, which was super close to the hotel. The transfer service was legit too, saving us from the hassle of walking. The room was clean, the bed was comfy, and we had all the essentials like a microwave and fridge. The Wi-Fi was strong, no lag for streaming our sick snowboarding videos. And the restaurant had bomb food with fast service. we had a rad time and would totally stay here again!

Okay, so here's the one thing I'd say could be better for party animals like us. The hotel could use a more happening nightlife scene.
